He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) from the prestigious Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (SCDL), which has further strengthened his capabilities in business strategy, management, and organizational development. Under his visionary leadership, Harrier Security Services Pvt. Ltd. has grown into a reliable and professional security services provider, known for its integrity, discipline, and customer-centric approach.

Mr. Shantanu Avhad is a dynamic and forward-thinking Human Resources professional at Harrier Security Services Pvt. Ltd., proudly recognized as one of the “Young Gun” of the organization. Currently pursuing his MBA in Human Resource Management from RMD Sinhagad, Warje, he is already managing critical HR responsibilities under the guidance of the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer. As the sole HR professional in the company, Mr. Shantanu A. single-handedly oversees the entire spectrum of HR operations—demonstrating exceptional capability, maturity, and leadership very well.
With a solid foundation in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development, Mr. Avhad brings a fresh, energetic perspective to the HR function. Known for his problem-solving mindset, eagerness to learn, and strategic thinking, he plays a key role in aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
